Traditionally, after an epic break in blog posting, you’d think I’d come back to tell you all about the exciting stuff I’ve been up to in between posts. Normally, you’d be right, and I fully intend to do that soon.
Today, though, I want to fill you in on some hugely exciting news. Way back in 2008 – before some of my current readers were even born – I wrote a review of the first book in the Scream Street series by my friend and fellow author, Tommy Donbavand. It was a great book, which went on to become a fan(g)tastic series – and now it has gone on to become an amazing animated series on CBBC!
From the 21st of October, you’ll be able to tune into the all-new adventures of Luke Watson and his friends, in a hilariously spooky 52-part series. Voiced by some of the UK’s best-loved actors, and with more visual gags than you can shake a broomstick at, Scream Street is sure to be a huge success.
You can find out more about the show on the official Scream Street website, or check out Tommy’s site for more on the books – and don’t forget to tune in on the 21st. You wouldn’t want the street’s more bloodthirsty residents to come and hunt you down…
