Over the past couple of weeks I’ve had a lot of people asking when they would get to read more about the adventures of the Horsemen of the Apocalypse as featured in my latest novel, The 13th Horseman. Well the official answer is: February next year, as they make a (very brief) cameo appearance in my next Afterworlds book, The Lost Book of Everything.
But fear not, to keep you going in the meantime I’ll be writing a few Horseman short stories which I’ll publish here on my blog. What’s more, they’ll all be free, and you can get your hands on the first one right now! Free Apocalyptic comedy stories from the man recently dubbed “The King of Apocalyptic Comedy”?! Surely it’s too good to be true?

I really liked this story it was really funny. War is my favourite character in the book and he really made me laugh in this one too.
